1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 Products on the Website are offered for sale to individual consumers for personal use only, not for resale or commercial use. By placing an order, you confirm you are acting as a consumer.

1.2 A binding contract (the "Agreement") is formed when your order is accepted by Maison Benedicto, as confirmed in an order confirmation email (the "Order Confirmation"). If we cannot process your order, you will be notified and no payment will be charged.

1.3 By submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms").

1.4 These Terms are available on the Website and will be included with your Order Confirmation. You are encouraged to save or print a copy for future reference.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

2.1 Only Products available on the Website at the time of your order may be purchased. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not represent exact colour or texture.

2.2 Orders must be placed using the form provided on the Website, following the on-screen instructions. Prices, taxes, and delivery costs are clearly indicated during checkout.

2.3 An Order Confirmation will be sent once your order is successfully received, including a summary of the purchase and relevant terms.

2.4 We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, incomplete information, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be informed promptly, and any payment will be refunded without delay.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 All prices are shown inclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes. Delivery charges will be displayed prior to final order submission.

3.2 Payments may be made using the available methods at checkout, such as credit/debit card, PayPal, or other approved providers. Where available, Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered.

3.3 Card payment data is processed securely via encrypted protocols through authorized third-party payment providers. Maison Benedicto does not store or access full payment details.

3.4 Your account will be charged once the Product is dispatched. COD payments are due at the time of delivery. For pre-orders or custom items, separate terms may apply.

4. DELIVERY

4.1 Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided. Risk and ownership transfer to the customer upon delivery.

4.2 Delivery costs and estimated times will be specified at checkout. Orders may be cancelled if delivery fails multiple times due to customer unavailability.

4.3 Upon delivery, inspect packaging and contents. Report any visible damage or discrepancies to the courier and note them on the delivery receipt.

4.4 Hidden damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for support or replacement.

4.5 Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary due to logistics or external factors. Tracking information will be shared in the shipping confirmation email.

4.6 Delivery is only available to eligible shipping addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipment to a selected address is not feasible.

5. PICK-UP IN STORE (If applicable)

5.1 Customers may choose to collect orders from participating stores, if offered.

5.2 Notification will be sent when the order is ready for collection. Items not collected within 15 days may result in cancellation and refund, minus any applicable handling fees.

5.3 Payment must be made online; COD is not available for in-store pickup.

6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

6.1 You may return Products within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

6.2 To initiate a return, complete the return form online or submit written notice to the return address provided in the package.

6.3 Products must be returned within 14 days of return notification via:

Pre-paid shipping label (if provided);
Courier of your choice (at your expense);
In-store drop-off, where applicable.

6.4 Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories. Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage may be declined or refunded at a reduced amount.

6.5 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of return receipt, subject to inspection.

6.6 Refunds for COD orders will be issued via bank transfer to details provided on the return form.

6.7 Refunds may be reduced if returned Products are found to be damaged or altered by the customer.

6.8 If the right of withdrawal is not exercised correctly, Maison Benedicto will notify you and return the item at your expense.

6.9 Returns are accepted for sale items, but not for customized or personalized products.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 All Products are covered under statutory warranties as per applicable law.

7.2 Products must be used in accordance with provided care instructions.

7.3 In case of defects, remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund may apply. Please retain proof of purchase and contact customer service to initiate warranty claims.
