Shipping
All orders are shipped securely from our facility in Italy. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the nature of the product. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched via DHL.

Exchanges & Product Concerns
Due to the bespoke and highly limited nature of our sandals, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons of fit or preference. We kindly ask you to consider your selection carefully.

In the rare event that your sandals arrive with any fault or damage, please contact our Concierge within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will promptly assess and resolve the matter with care and discretion.
