Where are your sandals made?
Every pair of Maison Benedicto sandals is handcrafted in Italy by master artisans. We collaborate with small, family-run ateliers renowned for their traditional techniques, premium materials, and uncompromising attention to detail.
What materials do you use?
Our sandals are made using only the finest full-grain Italian leathers, hand-selected for their natural beauty, longevity, and character. All materials are sourced with ethical and environmental consideration.
How do I know my size?
Maison Benedicto sandals follow European sizing. We recommend reviewing our sizing guide available on each product page. If you're uncertain, our Concierge is available to offer personalised sizing advice to ensure a perfect fit before your order is placed.
Are your sandals returnable?
Due to the highly exclusive and artisan-made nature of our sandals, all sales are considered final. We encourage clients to reach out to our Concierge for any sizing or product questions prior to purchase.
In the rare event that your sandals arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution.
Can I exchange my sandals for a different size or style?
Because of our limited production and made-to-order approach, exchanges are not typically possible. However, please contact our Concierge to discuss your situation — we’ll always do our best to assist.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on destination and product availability. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days from our Italian fulfilment centre. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer bespoke or custom orders?
Select bespoke opportunities are available upon request. If you desire a unique leather, fit, or finish, please contact our Concierge to explore private order options. Availability is limited and subject to atelier capacity.
Is there a physical store or showroom I can visit?
Maison Benedicto operates primarily online to preserve exclusivity and offer a direct-to-client experience. From time to time, private viewing appointments or trunk shows may be available. Sign up to our mailing list for invitations.
How should I care for my sandals?
We recommend storing your sandals in the dust bag provided, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid exposure to water. Use a soft cloth to gently clean, and a high-quality leather conditioner if necessary. With proper care, your sandals will develop a rich patina over time.
