RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can request a return for any item purchased from maisonbenedicto.com within 14 days of delivery or in-store collection.

ONLINE RETURNS

To initiate an online return:

• Complete the Online Return Form within 14 days of receiving your order. You may choose a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged — with all original tags attached, including any accessories or branded packaging.

• Items collected in-store may be returned to the same Maison Benedicto boutique, or shipped back using the pre-paid return label provided.

• Returns must be shipped from the same country in which the items were originally delivered.

• Items marked Final Sale (e.g., fragrances or customized products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The return shipment must follow the instructions outlined in the “Shipping a Return” section provided with your order.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

IN-STORE RETURNS

You may also return online purchases to one of our physical boutiques:

• Currently, returns are accepted at Maison Benedicto’s London boutiques (locations listed on our website).

• No return form is needed in-store — our boutique team will handle the return process for you.

Return Verification

All returned items will be subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet the return criteria outlined above will not be accepted, and may be returned to the sender.
